Independent yet adjacent to the owner’s house, this authentic accommodation is perfect for a couple or up to 4 guests, offering a peaceful, green setting. The gîte features: - One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and wardrobe, - Bright living room with a 160 cm fold-down bed, TV, Wi-Fi, - Fully equipped kitchen with capsule and filter coffee machines, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, - Bathroom and WC. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided free of charge. Washing machine and dryer are shared for stays of 3 nights or more. Outside, enjoy a private, uncovered terrace with countryside views and a private garden. A private barbecue is available for your outdoor meals. The single-level property is fenced and offers two shared parking spaces on-site, as well as a locked garage for motorcycles or bicycles. This gîte is not equipped for young children. Parties are not allowed. There is no cleaning fee, but please return the property as you found it. The gîte is 500 m from the Loire à Vélo cycle route, near Lake Bretonnières with treetop adventure course and two golf courses. Visit nearby castles such as Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, and Tours city center is only 8 km away. Wellness activities and "Aikiam" classes are available in Ballan Miré upon reservation.
